WET DOGS

Welcome to our Wet Dogs Page, the Premier Wet BMD Dog Site.  The principle is this... It is very easy to create an illusion with scissors, blowdryers and combs when grooming a heavy coated dog such as a BMD.  Here at Indian Hill, we are very proud of the structures of our dogs and feel conformational strengths (and weaknesses!) are best evaluated when a dog is wet!  We have soaked down for the world to see what is under all that beautiful Berner fur!  Indian Hill is hoping someday to sponsor a show with a judge in a rain coat and a hose at the entrance to the ring!

Indian Hills Blizzard of Oz

Ozzy has BEAUTIFUL breed type, solid topline, nice bend of stifle and /rear angulation. Ozzy's head is extremely pleasing with exceptional length of neck. Shoulder layback is on the money! Ozzy is major pointed in the US and will be shown in Canada for the rest of 2006 with Kim Groves. He will be back out in the states with Kim at the Potomac Valley Regional Specialty in Feb. '07.

Indian Hills Sally

An Ozzy daughter, Sally displays all the attributes we strive for at Indian Hill. Sally's dam (Rosa's Angelina La Grande Dam) is 4th generation Indian Hill. At 5 months old, Sally has beautiful bone and coat. A solid topline and proper bend of stifle combine with her breed type to provide a very promising puppy.

CH Rosa's Leap of Faith
V Indian Hill

Nala's short hocks and dripping coat are strengths Indian Hill targets in our breeding program. Proper tailset and topline are welcome assets. Check out Naia's first litter on our "What's New" page!

AKC/CKC CH Zandrina's Hubert

Hubert has incredible fore-chest and pleasing front angulation. Hubert carries substantial bone and breed type. Hubert could use more bend of stifle and balance of front to rear angulation. He consistently produces type, temperament and heads to die for! Check out his CHIC clearances and titles on our "Berner Pedigrees" page for AKC/SUCH CH Zandrina's Hubert.

Indian Hills Lad's Palomino

Trigger is a teenage boy with lots of hope for the future. Trigger's sire is Oden Hills Frodo and his dam is Lad's Estella. Trigger is very well let down in the hocks and high on leg, which is welcome here at Indian Hill. Length of neck and a pleasing head add to his attributes. Trigger is an absolute sweetheart! Watch for him in the showring in the spring of 2007! Check out his "dry" photos on our "What's New" page.

Indian Hills No Doubt

Cholla (pronounced "Choy ya") is not typical of Indian Hill, however, we find characteristics in her that we are excited to carry into the future. Cholla has amazing ear set, and lots of expression on top of wonderful length of neck. Her front does not make a wrong move! Her topline and bend of stifle more than compensate for the fact that we would like to see a little more bone.

Note" Cholla" is an Arizona Desert Cactus!

Swiss Stars Tornado Warning

Bred by Bobbie Hefner, Spinner is incredibly balanced with enough of everything and not too much of anything! A pleasure to live with, Spinner has produced some beautiful puppies including AKC/CKC CH Sandusky's I'm Oliver V Indian Hill and 3 new up and coming stars!
